My sister got me a Piggly Wiggly t-shirt for Xmas. On the front is the store logo, on the back, the mascot pig riding a tractor and the saying "Nothin' runs like a pig!!" Of course, for those of us raised on "Deliverance" it would have been so much better if it said "Nothin' squeals like a pig!" When I was a kid, the bag boys at piggly wiggly had to wear bow ties with long dangling tails - one said - yup - "Piggly" the other "Wiggly". Oh to be a bag boy back in the day!

I don't have a caption for Don Evans, but did you ever notice that so many of the southern and western nouveau riche executives involved in that slew of business frauds around the time of the Enron collapse, Republican congressmen and evangelical ministers all have this type of hair? Is it possible that they are all occupied by some race of aliens out to destroy mankind, perhaps by bringing America into disarray, economic collapse, some sort of Christian fascist nationalist government and then Armageddon? Just saying. Look out for that hair.
